overview
Maruo Manufacturing & Construction (Pty) Ltd was conceptualised and formally registered in January 2025 as a private company. The business, however, is built on more than two decades of practical industry experience dating back to 2001.
The company’s origins trace back to Maphakisa Cabinet Maker (2001–2007), a sole proprietorship specialising in carpentry, cabinetry, and interior installations. In 2007, the business evolved into Moagi & Skhosana Construction CC (2007–2011), expanding into larger-scale construction and infrastructure projects. During this period, the company further incorporated with TSIE-KEYEO Construction Trading & Projects, strengthening its operational capacity and project portfolio.
In 2025, the experience, expertise, and legacy of these entities were consolidated into Maruo Manufacturing & Construction (Pty) Ltd, positioning the company to compete at a higher level within the Manufacturing and Building Industry across South Africa.
Maruo Manufacturing & Construction holds a CIDB Level 1 CE/EB grading from the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), reflecting its compliance, credibility, and commitment to professional standards.
